Launched more than 30 spec. of M.2 Gen 5 & M.2-1A Connectors
Both M.2 Gen 5 and M.2-1A connectors are developed to serve the higher
power, higher performance and higher reliability devices. Compared with
M.2 Gen 4, the M.2 Gen 5 has doubled the data rate from 16 GT/s to 32 GT/s
to support the high-speed transmission and hot-swap requirement of new
generation of SSDs. The M.2-1A has optimized structure and materials for
higher current to support applications, like WLAN module (e.g. Wi-Fi 7).
It becomes the essential connectivity solution for networking and
computing devices, such as AI PC, workstation, server, HPC, router and
telecom equipment.
As the PCI-SIG organization continues to advance the M.2 Gen 5 standard
(the latest version is Nov. 2023) and the M.2-1A standard (the latest
version is Sep. 2023), Argosy also persist to launch more than 20 spec.
of M.2 Gen 5 and more than 10 spec. of M.2-1A connectors.
